Galan Seleccion

Galán Selección: varieties of grapes from the harvest made by the winery, at its optimum ripeness. Varieties are vinified separately, with a long maceration in order to extract all the polyphenolic potential. The wine have completed the malolatic fermentation in barrels of French oaks, where it has remain for 12 months.

Tasting notes: Cherry red wine with a maroon trim, clean and bright. High intensity. Powerful scent of ripe red fruit, high roast and smoky touch.

Great structure very ripe and well accepted in mouth with fruit and wood perfectly integrated. Good acidity, silky texture and excellent balance.
